Exercise RAMOGEPOL 2022

The RAMOGEPol "U Portu" 2022 international anti-pollution exercise was held in Imperia on 5 October, from 8:00 a.m. at sea and from 10.30 a.m. on land. Involved 18 air-naval vessels of the countries of the RAMOGE Agreement, a ship chartered by Eni and one from EMSA. The Prefecture of Imperia, with the support of the Municipality and the Liguria Region, coordinated the cleaning of a beach.

Ramogepol 2022 "U portu" exercise from 4 to 6 October, is part of the activities of the Ramoge Agreement (Italy-France-Principality of Monaco) and provides for an operational marine intervention plan to guarantee a response in the event of accidental pollution by hydrocarbons and hazardous chemicals (HNS - Hazardous and Noxious Substances).
