Exercises to check efficiency of Local Contingency Plans implemented in the frame of ARCOPOL Plus: Exercises in Galicia

During ARCOPOL Platform project, in Galicia (NW Spain) several training exercises were organised (by INTECMAR, GardaCostas de Galicia (CMRM) and other relevant institutions) for training the tools developed by ARCOPOL team, such as the dispersion models (in air and at sea), 3D Barriers models, ARCOPOL viewers, and for checking the existing HNS know how and communications. Moreover, besides these ARCOPOL exercises, others organized by NETMAR Project and SASEMAR were also used to test ARCOPOL tools. All these exercises have been included in this report. It contains a brief description of the exercises, as well as all the documentation and debriefings when available. One of them, ONS2015, focuses on the deployment of response equipment and the testing of Decision Support Tools developed in this project in the event of a HNS spill.
