Organised by the Romanian Naval Authority (RNA) and Grup Servicii Petroliere (GSP).The main purpose of this exercise was to train the Member State command and communication system and pollution response operations, practical use of recovery equipment, and cooperation of participating units, for the response to an oil spill from an offshore installation.
