The main objective of this exercise was to train the various actors of the State, public and private partners to coordinate their actions during a complex crisis. In particular, to integrate into crisis management the problems and constraints of the land-sea interface when welcoming a ship in difficulty in a port of refuge and during an operation to combat maritime oil pollution at sea and near the coast.
